The 15 children of the banker Khoo Teck Puat are Khoo Bee See, Khoo Ban Hock, Khoo Bee Keng, Khoo Bee Leng, Khoo Ban Tian, Khoo Bee Lian, Lucy Khoo Bee Lay, Mavis Khoo-Oei, Margaret Khoo, Elizabeth Khoo, Linda Khoo, Jennifer Khoo, Jacqueline Khoo, Raymond Khoo Ban Lian and Eric Khoo.

Khoo Teck Puat was the founder of the bank that would become Maybank, as well as the owner of the Goodwood Group of hotels, and his children inherited his stake in the businesses when he died in 2004. In 2006, they sold their stake in Standard Chartered Bank to Tamasek for $4 billion but retain control of the Goodwood Group, with daughter Mavis Khoo-Oei the chairperson.

Their charity, the Khoo Foundation, donated $40 million to fund a children’s hospital – the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital which opened its doors in 2010.
